Meet the TMC professionals who are committed to excellence:

David Cassidy
During his tenure, David has managed a portfolio of projects for clients such as The 1 Hotel Group, Baccarat Hotels and Millennium Partners Management. Additionally, he provided oversight of Facilities and Project Management services for an industry-leading hedge fund in New York City’s Hudson Yards with 400,000 square feet of office space. Prior to joining TMC, David worked at KPMG specializing in Debt Restructuring and Financial Planning. David received an MA in Finance, Higher Diploma in Economics and Bachelor’s in Commerce (Economics) from the University of Galway, Ireland.

Vivian Ojeda
Vivian is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in all facets of Human Resources, in addition to Accounting and Payroll. Prior to joining TMC, Vivian served in the banking and financial sectors for over 10 years. Vivian established TMC’s payroll and benefits processes and continues to direct our Human Resources team. Vivian received both a BS in Management and an MBA in Global Management from Kean University.

Jeremiah Stoldt
Jeremiah joined Transition Management in 2010 with a diverse portfolio of planning and project management experience. Jeremiah directs various commercial projects for TMC’s prominent clients. Previously, Jeremiah was Chief of Staff for the VP of Facilities Management at Princeton University where he oversaw the construction of the institution’s first LEED-recognized building. Additionally, Jeremiah handled the real estate acquisition and community planning efforts for the $5 billion Manhattanville Campus expansion into West Harlem. Jeremiah received a BS in Philosophy from Columbia University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Anthony Spallone
Project Manager, Anthony (Tony), has significant experience in construction management encompassing the commercial, residential, industrial, and academic sectors. Previously, Tony served high-profile clients as superintendent for Turner Construction and on-site project manager for both Park East Construction and Gorton & Partners. Tony received an AAS in Hospitality Management from Paul Smith’s College.

Gerard Costello
Gerard (Jerry), with a distinguished and varied career in both project and property management, established Transition Management Corporation in 2004. Prior to forming TMC, Jerry served as Managing Director of Operations with Millennium Partners, overseeing the opening and stabilization of six mixed-use Ritz-Carlton development projects. Previous experience includes Director of Facilities Operations for a portfolio of buildings on Columbia University’s Morningside Campus. Jerry received a BS in Business Management from St. Francis College.

Thomas Vomero
Tom joined Transition Management in 2005 with an extensive construction management background in a variety of sectors. Tom specializes in complex projects such as the redevelopment of both 570 Lexington Avenue and 770 Broadway. Prior to TMC, Tom held positions at Mendik Realty, Vornado Realty Trust, and SL Green Realty Corp. among others. Tom received a BS in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.

Rory Garlasco
Project Manager with Transition Management since 2021, Rory has overseen various endeavors during his tenure. These include projects at several Auberge Resorts Collection locations as well as Aman New York. Rory has a BA in Economics from Connecticut College.

Fernanda Sana
Human Resources professional with a concentration in recruiting, Fernanda developed expertise by working in a variety of industries preceding her tenure at TMC. Her commitment to quality is reflected in her approach to Human Resources Management.

Robert Villalba
Robert joined TMC in 2024 with Human Resources experience in the hospitality industry. Robert earned a BA in Psychology from Montclair State University.

Thomas Costello
Tom, with TMC since 2022, directs our Finance & Accounting team. Tom is an Eagle Scout Award recipient and achieved a BS in Finance from Fordham University.
