As a Team Member, it means you’re technically employed by the EOR rather than the company you work for directly. This arrangement can simplify administrative tasks for both you and your employer.

  • With TMC, your wages are typically paid by us, after we deduct taxes and other withholdings required by law and in compliance with tax regulations. You’ll receive your net pay after these deductions, similar to a traditional employment setup.

  • Yes, TMC offers HR support and resources to Team Members. You can access assistance with issues like benefits enrollment, time off requests, and general HR inquiries through our designated platform or a designated contact.
