Meet the TMC professionals who are committed to excellence:
David Cassidy
During his tenure, David has managed a portfolio of projects for clients such as The 1 Hotel Group, Baccarat Hotels and Millennium Partners Management. Additionally, he provided oversight of Facilities and Project Management services for an industry-leading hedge fund in New York City’s Hudson Yards with 400,000 square feet of office space. Prior to joining TMC, David administered financial planning at Bizloan America, LLC. David received his MA in Finance, Higher Diploma in Economics and Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Economics) from the University of Galway, Ireland.
Vivian Ojeda
Vivian Ojeda, a valued member of our team since June 2016, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Transition Management Corporation. Vivian is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 15 years of service spanning all facets of Human Resources, including Accounting and Payroll. Vivian was chiefly responsible for the creation of TMC’s payroll and benefits processes, as well as the evolution of the company’s employee benefits packages. Her oversight of the accounting and budgeting functions, in addition to other prominent leadership roles she holds, has made her essential to the success and growth of our organization. Prior to her role at TMC, Vivian spent over a decade in the banking and financing sectors in numerous roles. Vivian received her BS in Management from Kean University and an MBA in Global Management from Kean University.
Jeremiah Stoldt
Jeremiah Stoldt joined Transition Management in 2010, bringing a diverse portfolio of planning and project management from the Education Sector. Jeremiah manages various commercial projects for firms such as Millennium Partners and Point72. Prior to arriving at TMC, Jeremiah was Chief of Staff for the VP of Facilities Management at Princeton University where he managed projects such as the construction of the institution’s first LEED-recognized building. Prior to that, Jeremiah managed the real estate acquisition and community planning efforts for the $5 billion Manhattanville Campus expansion into West Harlem. Jeremiah received his BS in Philosophy from Columbia University and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
Anthony Spallone
Anthony Spallone brings over 15 years experience in construction management to the Transition Management team, having worked on commercial, residential, industrial, and academic sector projects. His role as Project Manager at TMC builds on that vast experience. Prior to joining TMC, he worked as a superintendent for Turner Construction and as an on-site project manager for Park East Construction and Gorton & Partners, two firms specializing in serving high-profile clients. Tony received his AAS Degree in Hospitality Management from Paul Smith’s College.
Gerard Costello
Gerard Costello established Transition Management after a career managing mixed-use, commercial, hotel, residential, and industrial properties, experiences which allow TMC to position itself as a multi-disciplinary Project Management and Engineering Staffing firm. Prior to forming the company, Jerry served as Managing Director of Operations at Millennium Partners, overseeing the opening and stabilization of six major Ritz Carlton developments. Before Millennium, he was a Director of Facilities Operations for a portfolio of Professional School buildings on Columbia University’s Morningside Campus. Jerry received his BS degree in Business Management from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York.
Thomas Vomero
Thomas Vomero is a seasoned industry professional and veteran Project Manager, having started with Transition Management in 2007. His extensive experience in managing construction projects includes the commercial, hospitality, and residential markets. He specializes in complex projects, such as the redevelopment of 570 Lexington Avenue and 770 Broadway. Before coming to TMC, Tom held positions at prestigious firms such as Mendik Realty, Vornado Realty Trust, and SL Green Realty Corp. Tom received his BS in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology in New York, NY.
Rory Garlasco
Rory Garlasco joined Transition Management in 2021 as a Project Manager and has overseen numerous projects since his arrival, including those at Auberge Resorts Collection locations in Fort Worth, TX; Napa, CA; and Newport, RI, as well as the prestigious Aman New York in Manhattan. Rory received his BA in Economics from Connecticut College.
Fernanda Sana
Fernanda Sana is a dynamic Human Resources professional with a versatile background encompassing recruiting in the Healthcare, Sales, and renewable energy sectors. She attended school in Central New Jersey and brings a unique perspective to our team and a passion for cultivating a positive work environment. With a solid foundation in recruiting, she has honed her skills in identifying top talent and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Fernanda is driven by a deep-seated passion for building better workplaces. She believes that a positive work environment not only enhances employee satisfaction but also contributes to overall organizational success. Her commitment to creating inclusive and supportive spaces is reflected in her approach to human resources management.
Robert Villalba
Robert became a member of TMC in 2024. He is compassionate and tenacious, with a devotion to fostering positive work environments and supporting employee well-being. With experience in Human Resources within the hospitality industry, Robert brings a unique blend of empathy and strategic thinking to every role. Robert received his Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2022 from Montclair State University.
Thomas Costello
Thomas Costello joined our team in 2022, bringing a robust work ethic to the finance and accounting team. Tom received his BS degree in Finance from Fordham University in The Bronx, New York and his Eagle Scout Award in 2019.
